Collection agency with shady practices, say to call to avoid being served at work. No one ever shows up

Gary called, advised several attempts to serve me at home unsuccessfully from a company called Newmark and Assoc. regarding who knows what. Gave an inhouse case number. First off, no, there is at least one adult at my house at all times for the past 6 weeks, Second, nope, all of my dept is over 7 years old. Have a nice day.

They called all my family saying they were my emergency contact number and a complaint had been filed against me and I have ignored all the notices sent through the mail. They left a number to call them which was Numark Assoc. I called and it was from a bill yrs ago.  They made numerous threats then I hung up.
