Caller left no VM

constantly calling, no VM

I answered today, and heard nothing after saying hello. Kid playing pranks maybe?? They hung up after a few seconds.

another day another call. Called back today and I am getting a message that says if I would like to stop receiving calls about furthering my education from Capitol Education please press 1 now..... Like I'd do that!!

It doesn't seem to be this Capital Education I found with Google....
