BEWARE****This caller calls and pretends that he works for Southern California Gas Company, and tells you about a wonderful deal about the weatherization assistance program through the gas company. I asked him several times, what was the name of his actual company? He responded "Southern California Gas Co", according to the gas company I don't qualify for this program. I tried calling this number back, it tells you that you have reach a MAGIC JACK customer and unless he calls you there is no way for you to reach this person.

Two different guys called me -The first guy called me and said that he was from MICROSOFT and that he got a report saying that my computer is having problems. I told him that I could not hear him because there was so much noise on the background(it sounded like he was calling from a boiler room or a call center). He wanted me to give him REMOTE  access to my computer but I told him that I had my own IT guy and that I would call him back -He kept saying that he was from MICROSOFT and that I didn't have to contact my own IT guy -I told him that I still could not hear him and so he told me that he was going to call me back. I did answer his call but this time it was another guy and this second guy was named TODD -I told TODD that I was not going to give him any information until I get ahold of my IT guy. He got a little nervous when I told him that. We got ahold of our IT guy and he told us that THIS IS A OLD SCAM THAT IS BACK. He said that as long as I didn't give him any information I was ok. I did call our police department-they could not do anything because I was not actually scammed. My caller Id had this number 626-248-7687 but the company is UNKNOWN--If it was MICROSOFT really calling me my caller ID would have said MICROSOFT and not UNKNOWN CALLER. THIS IS A SCAM!!

Caller spoke in Spanish claiming to be a distant Relative. Wouldn't say his name, and used public information from our telephone number to try and convince us he was family. Very disturbing .

Keeps calling me

Got a call from this number. Guy sounded drunk and kids yelling in the background.
