I just got a call from this number stating its officer mike anderson and they have a warrant for my arrest. I called them back and told those little [***] to stop calling with fake [***]. And I'm reporting them for to the police department for posing as a police officer.

Fake officer. No one with a warrant for your arrest will call to warn you, they simply show up. This is most likely a debt collector using illegal scare tactics to get you to call back.
