Got a call from them last week. I didn't answer and I blocked the number. Caller I.D. said Monrovia, CA. Today the phone number was 626-205-9621. Last week it was 626-205-9631.

Based on the other posts, this is a scam powerhouse. Raising money for police, for veterans, etc.

Caller ID: FOUNDATION    I wouldn't answer just on the fact that the Caller ID changes as often as the SCAM

This number is associated with fraudulent solicitations for a variety of alleged charitable scams. You can bet that zero of what they suck in will go to any of the charities du jour. After all, it costs a lot of money to rent tie-lines, buy robo-callers and related telephone equipment, office space and furniture rental, plus staff salaries and commissions. Even in those crumbling buildings one sees in Mumbai. Blocked.
