This number sent me a text message saying my debit card was declined.  When you csll the number it has a short recording asking you to enter your card number.
Scam, I have nothing connecting my card to my phone number and it gave me a fake card number in the text.

I received a text on my cell phone from 704-461@vtext.com that I looked up and it just said it was related to Verizon Wireless who is my carrier and the text said to call 6262046199 due to a card number that has an issue and the number is not a card number I have so I immediately deleted the text.  I am quite annoyed by this unwanted harrasing text that is obviously some kind of scam.

I received a text from 704458@vtext.com.  Said to call 626-204-6199 because my Visa card had an issue.  The card number referenced was not mine. Scam.
