Betting this was a PHISHING PHONE CALL.  Said construction but I wouldn't trust that.  Numbers coming from 626 area code are ALWAYS telemarketing or leery.  DO NOT TRUST THIS NUMBER.

626 is a legit area code (it includes Pasadena, CA), but if you don't know anyone there then the calls are probably telemarketers.

I just got a call from this number but the CID said "Name Not Found". I took a flyer and answered since I know people in 626, but no one was there. It's blocked now.
