This number is for Simon Med - a medical imaging center in Scottsdale, AZ. If your doctor hasn't requested an x-ray or MRI for you, then they have been given a wrong phone number for the intended patient. They do not go soliciting for business, so your information hasn't been sold.

This is a call from a corrupt billing department from Simon Med Imaging. Before dealing with them check out reviews on Yelp. All very negative reviews. DO NOT USE their MRI service.

Yes this is a collection agency. They have called me several times. Left msg saying call Simon Med imaging at 480 324 8033. Doesn't leave a name to ask for. Be aware!!!

called and left no message. thanks verizon for not allowing me to block incoming calls on a prepaid plan yet. i've made my complaint to the FCC along with thousands of others who are wondering why the phone companies are refusing to stop this when they already do in canada
