This number was given to me by my bank as the phone number for a company called MCA Web Technology, who was debiting my checking account without my knowledge.  I can never get them on the phone, or a response via phone or email.  The bank advised me to fill out an "unauthorized debit" form, which I am on my way to do right now.  Beware, folks.  I have no clue how this company got my debit card number.

I would also suggest contacting your local law enforcement and filling out the following complaint forms:

This is very similar to your complaints - so I believe they are connected.  Who knows how many bogus companies and telephone numbers were set up for this fraud and how many people have been had already

I too got a bank charge from this "mcawebtechonologies.com" crap. When I inquired at the bank I was given the exact same number and told that it was a company in Arizona and that I should call them. Well I did and it went to some kind of voicemail that didn't tell much about the company.

I plan to take this up with my local authorities, those in Arizona, and the local news crews because this is crazy and has to stop!

I too have been cursed with the "mcatemplates" scam to the tune of $11.89. I tried the number above and left a message. On Monday I'll be making the trek to my bank to file fraud paperwork, and then possibly off to the police station as well (something my bank might require).
Regardless, please contribute any/all information you procure during this process (as will I), in an effort to catch the scumbag(s) who are responsible for such a ham-handed attempt to rip hard-working people off.

I received a charge on mycredit card from a on line purchase from a website:  HTTP//WWW.MCATEMPLATES.COM for $11.89.  Called my bank and informed them of fraudelent charge.  I had to fill out a affidavit and fax back to them and also cancel the card.
 I called the number and left a voice mail but no one ever returned my call.  Left a email at the email address that was on the recording but as of yet, no reponse to that either.
 Please be careful of this scam.  I do not know how they got my credit card info sobe careful.
