Received a phone call from this "unknown caller" stating that she needed to discuss my husband's upcoming surgery (which, indeed, was scheduled the day before). I called her back on the toll free (888-895-5179) number she left & it went straight to voice mail, but it was not her voice. I called the (623) 255-6049 number & got a message that "The Magic Jack customer you are calling is not available."  I then called the doctor's office directly and they had no idea who this person was or why they would be calling. She never called back.

The 888-895-5179 is the phone number for the billing service that the Doctor's office uses. They have various outgoing lines and magic jack is one of them. That is why they tell you to call back on the 888 number, because the other is only an outgoing line. If you try the 888 number during business hours, you will reach the rep that called you. I work for that billing company.   =)
