The called and said "I am calling to tell you their is a change in your merchant services account".

They call you like they know you by your first name. Since we do not take credit cards. It was easy to hang up on them.

Received several calls from a Brad at this 623-209-8906.  Each time I try to explain that the person they are looking for does not work from this office, they hang up on me before I can get 1 word out of my mouth.  Today I called the # back asked to speak with a supervisor, and was asked for a reason.  I told the person (Turned out to be Brad) that I wanted our # removed from their list, he said again he needed an issue before transferring me to a manager.  So I elaborated and said I was sick of the rude phone calls, and needed to talk with a supervisor...he again said he needed an issue.  He repeated that over and over irregardless of what I said, then finally hung up on me.  I called again, blocking my #, he answered, I asked to speak to a manager, he asked for an issue...etc etc..I tried to transfer him to the Dr. I work for and Brad hung up on him as well.  This is a SCAM, and should be FINED BIG TIME!!  They say they are calling from Visa or MasterCard about changes to our service.  I asked them to mail us the information, they refuse.

I have received 3 calls just this past week alone -- It is 623-209-XXXX (the last 4 numbers are always different and a different person calls each time) today I called back and pressed 0 twice to get the "Operator" named Terry -- when I explained why I was calling - he got snippy with me and then said if we remove your number you won't be able to process credit cards - To which I replied FINE we never did! and he hung up!!!
I am going to contact Michael Finney - this has gone past annoying - these calls have happened all summer - When I got a person nice enough to explain a little she said since our small home vending service name ends in the word "distributing" that's how they got our number - BUT our number is unlisted!!!
