I looked up Glendale Industries associated with this number.  Apparently their isn't one.  Anyone have any idea who this is?

I have also recieved calls from this #623-207-4004. Like you I am unable to find Glendale Industries as a listing. The arae code would cover Glendale, AZ.
Them calling me, chance are pretty darn good that I owe them $$. If not a bill collector, then my guess is they are selling something. Either way it really does not matter. Because either way they won't be getting blood out of this turnip!!

I would have answered the first time they called but was in the shower, since the call only rang 3 times and stop prior to the magic # 4 to aviod the machine...I do not answer now and it allows hangs up on the 3rd ring. must be computer generated.
