Got a call at my job from this company, James Burke. They talk to a co-worker with same last name as mine. Said they were going to summons me at work.

Keep getting calls at work from this number. When I answer the phone, it states to please call 620-860-2213 and then hangs up. I contacted them directly and told them that the person who they are attempting to contact is no longer at the number they are dialing and to please take it out of their system. I was hung up on. Very professional of them (stated with pure sarcasm).

We kept geting messages on our home answering machine for my mother-in-law. I finally called back the number because they stated that there was a pending legal matter and refered to a case #. I spoke to James Stewart who sounded awefully a lot like the person who answered to phone in the 1st place and put me on hold. I explained to Mr. Stewart that they were trying to get a hold of my mother-in-law which we had nothing to do with and for them to stop calling. We'll see.
