Weird, harassing phone calls from this number.  Do not know why this is being called

I have a Droid which has blacklisting built-in ..  :)  all these [***] get auto sent to voicemail which is intentionally full.  Haha.   Never the less they don't quit.  Ten times a day or more.  Ithink I am going to Max my outgoing greeting of me laughing at them for 2 min or what ever ..   idiots.   Do not be afraid of these idiots.  They can't do much of anything beyond harass us

We have a cell phone that continually receives calls from a company, such as the one above.  It also includes numbers form 620 665 7178, 620 7281 486, and 620 664 5298.  Each of these calls tell us we need to call them back, and that it is a business call.  They use someone elses name when calling us, so the calls are not even for us.  This phone number has been assigned to us for over 5 years, and not the gentleman they are calling.  I want this to stop.  They do not answer the phone when I call back, but give us a run around about what calls go where, and which assignment numbers, etc. should go to which phone in their offices.  blah blah blah

Man called left a message thinking he was leaving it for my place of work (Mr. Barker) got so tongue tied I don't think he knew what he was saying said something about Direct Tv Human Resources. I called back later the message I got was www.ncaks.com?

This number calls like once a week and I answer and no one is ever there! I answer and it just disconnects. I wish this crap would stop already! Probably another scam of some sort!
