This number called twice so far today but did not leave a message either time.

Called yesterday, as usual no message.  ID said Fort Scott, KS.  Also have received call from 620-644-3492.  Same.

They say they are collecting donations for the Kansas State Troopers Association (KSTA).  The KSTA website discloses they contract with an outside firm (Residential Programs, Inc.)  to solicit donations.  However, the caller ID showed a number with a Ft. Scott, KS area code and the outside contract company is located in New Jersey.  I called the number and reached a voice mail asking me to hold....when the person came on the line he said.."hello".  Hardly a professional operation.
