OBVIOUSLY, JUST another 0% interest credit card data scam.  "Announces your payment history qualifies you for 0% interest rate on all your credit cards.  Press 1 to "Opt Out" - locks you into their robo dialer. Press "3" to complete their "qualfication Process" takes you to bolier room where they try to get all kinds of personal information.  Try to dial back and  get message "cannot complete call as dialed."
