TOTAL SCAM - The IRS will never call - to contact an individual, the IRS must send out a snail-mail letter - TOTAL SCAM !!! Recorded message called my cell phone 3 times on 05/26/2016 at 10:47 AM, 01:45 PM and 4:44 PM Eastern. Purpose of call - to inform me that IRS has a pending lawsuit against me. The 3rd Call I finally listened to the entire message.  I would have to call the same number that was calling me.  Knew it was a TOTAL SCAM.

Did not answer. Robo  message is another IRS scam. Call received at 6:00pm on Friday. Caller ID shows WIRELESS CALLER . Right!

Received 4 calls yesterday and one VM from this number.  Claiming to be the IRS and they have a law suit against me.  Call ID said wireless call and they gave me the same number to call directly to the IRS.  SCAM
