that number calls me every day .the hang up when i answer. never leave voice mail never answer text

I have recieved a call from this number twice now and the first time i didnt answer but tried to call back and and i get like a busy signal. the 2nd time i answered and they hung up i tried calling back and i got a busy signal once again.
