If anyone knows who is truly behind the scammers calling from 620-309-9063 (THIS NUMBER MAY BE SPOOFED, but shows up as a cell phone from Kansas), please, do your civic duty and remove each and all of this scourge from our planet.  Whatever method is used, be very sure of the identity of the perpetrator before executing the removal plan.
