I've been receiving these unwanted messages and so have my 6 year old. I need to know where this is coming from so that I can report this. It's unacceptable.

Its hard to say from what or who is doing this. What are the messages about? Is it a telemarketer or debt collector???   Most phone calls are spoofed numbers. Your callers don't actually want you to know where they are since they don't want to be located by authority's.  Unfortunately, sometimes real people do get caught up with their number being used and abused also by the criminals doing these things too.  According to the note up at the top right, this is a Kansas, dodge city number.

You actually do not need the exact location to report calls btw..
