Received email stating that I owed money to them and that they were going to contact my employer and the courts and sue me for over $4000+ dollars if I didn't pay them.  I want to answer the email asking for a faxed copy of the loan note they claim that I made.  I took out a online loan last year that I paid off, so I don't know what they claim to have.  The last time I received a email from a copy claiming the same, and I asked for a faxed copy of the loan note and even gave them a fax number to fax to, never received a fax but received another email asking if I had $400 to send them today, never replyed to them, now I get another email claiming them same them. It my understanding that a individual has to be served either in registered mail or by hand, not over the internet.

They sent me the same e mail talkin bout I owe 800 something dollars...... I called that number back all I got was a voicemail.... I reply back by email  and somehow i sent it to myself wtf...... These people need to be arrested ASAP

Got an email saying I owed close to $400. From a gmail account these are scammers and need to be shut down. The phone number is not legit seeing as how you need to press +1 that makes it long distance.

GOT  Sme  message on my email  saying if  i go to  court  could  pay up to  4456 , need to call  them  at  once
