I also received this call. An East Indian man answers the phone as if he's from someone's office. He'll tell you that they sent a letter to you in the mail about the IRS incident and will not let you get off the phone until you talk to 3 other people. total scam

Left a message saying it was the irs and this was their final call! This was their first call! I was at my parents yesterday and they too got a call that said it was the irs!  Scam.
