Called back and it is a collection agency.

This number keeps calling me I answered it today they want to know who I am and asked for my
4 digit social security number, I told them I would not give that to them unless they told me what
this was about, left me on hold with music on.

Do not give them you're SS number! Thats one way identity theft occurs!!

didnt answer, is this a scam?
