Probably a spoofed scammer phone number. Called back, and got a message "this number is no longer in service."

Fake caller. Called back this number and received a hang-up call.

Someone from U.S. Financial asking about my interest rate. I've previously asked them to not call and he literally said "I will keep calling you over and over again unless you tell me how much you're paying".  He wouldn't tell me where "U.S. Financial" is headquartered.

Spam #, no message left,.

2 ring hang up. left no message on answer tape.
