Is this a  scam  number

i did receive a call and i fell from this partially and lost $50 and my card information was compromised

It's a scam!!! I'm filing with the police! They want payment using iTunes cards for taxes on the loan up front! I can't believe I fell for it! Please don't do the same! I don't know how the guy above got a loan! When I threatened to notify the authorities, he disconnected his number!!!!
