Solar solicitation. CID said Santi Theresa. Answered because this was close to my maid's name. Caller said he was Jasper Jordan from Smart Home Solar. When I attempted to get additional information which I said was for the purpose of filing a claim for Do Not Call list violation, he swore at me and hung up.
First six digits are the same as my phone number. I am seeing more and more of this, probably due to research showing that folks are more likely to answer a phone number close to their own. I think this is probably accurate.
