I have received two calls from this number...both claiming to be the IRS and informing me that I have criminal charges placed against me and that it is urgent that either myself or my attorney contact them immediately. Thick Indian accent and the message sounds recorded ! SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got call with Indian accent saying he was with the IRS legal office.  He was "Officer Ortiz" and demanded my criminal attorneys number.  SCAM.

Just received a message from this number saying the same thing. Saying they have a criminal lawsuit against me from the IRS. I just blocked the number so it can't call back.

I received the same call today.  Heavy India accent threatening to come to my job and haul me off to jail tomorrow .  He told me that I owed on my taxes and I should have gotten a lawyer. He was willing to help me out with keeping me from going to jail. He said they would squash what I owe with a total of $2,000.00. When I got upset he told me to SHUT MY MOUTH and if I cried one more time he wouldn't help me and I will be sitting in jail for three years. Little stuff he said that was so unprofessional that I realized I was being scammed.  Stuff like "we are going to drag you out of your job and you will be fired.", he kept saying " you playing games with me".  He wanted me to give him what I had in my account and pay the remaining when I got paid.
But get this when I hung up on him he called my phone using 911...., that is what came up on my caller ID. I called the police department and reported him and they assured me that IRS would not call and tell me any of that stuff. Beware.......
