scammer using the Medical Alert-a senior falls every blah blah blah minutes ruse.  press 1 to get a call back, press 9 to opt out.  an obviously UNSOLICITED robo call that is probably spoofing a number or using a VoIP system to scam/spam/steal.  CID shows as "Johnson Ruth" but I wager that is part of the scam to get people to answer.
