This number has recently been calling my house too.  I won't answer, they don't leave a message.

This just one of a number online services to match up students with colleges, allegedly.  I have received just in the past week calls from 5 different vendors of this type.

Register on the do-not-call list. You can do this for cell phones too... When I get calls like this one (which I have) I simply answer the phone and say stop calling me I am on the do not call list. They will stop calling then. Good luck. They like to call from several different numbers.
