Young, rude woman trying to contact my retired safety director to sell him OSHA stuff he can get free from the government.

A man with his best radio voice trying to contact the Executive Director of our agency about OSHA.  Refused to leave a message or a number to return the call and has called back at least once a day since then - will not leave a call back number or say what company he represents.

Rude woman called, demanding to speak with someone who handles benefits. Tried to explain to her we have an entire dept. dedicated to benefits. Asked her exactly why she was calling and she replied "I need to speak with someone in your (blah blah blah).."
Me: "I apologize but I need to know the nature of the call, why would you like to speak to.."
She then cut me off and repeated herself. Placed her on hold and she finally hung up after a few minutes.

A woman has called from this number and another number the same, except for the last two digits.  She always asks for my Director and refuses to leave a name or number and just says she will call back again later.  I told her I would be happy to have him return her call and her response was that her phone line was for outgoing calls only.  Obviously a telemarketer.
