Bloom and associates Debt Collection for OTHER PEOPLE. i told them do not contact me in regards to other peoples debt. said he removed my number. called from blocked number but left VM with return call number

Called 3 times this week. First time said they were going to serve me at my home, no one came and to make sure there were no dogs or drugs.  Called this morning and left message that they were going to serve me at work and that my supervisor/manager would need to be available and have id.  Not once did they leave the company name.

I tried calling the number back that they left 618-224-0013 and all it does is ring, no vm.  Now how is someone suppose to contact the company if they don't answer but you can call my house at 6ish in the morning......ugh

I got a call four hours ago from "Private number".  I didn't answer. A message was left.  It sounded like a female voice (no accent, sounded like a teenager) hurriedly reading something, and it was hard to understand.  She said: "This message is for (my name), this is Kelsey, I have a notice of intent here for you.  I was hoping you'd answer and set up a time to meet, however you didn't.  I will stop by between two and three and five.  Please be ready with two forms of ID otherwise they will notify the county upon my arrival, please make sure all of your generals (???) are put away (some unintelligible words) no drugs on the premises. If you have any questions or simply need to reschedule my appearance, contact the filing party at 618-224-0013". (click)

Okay, now let's try to make sense of this.  This call evidently came from Illinois, so this young lady is gonna get her buns to my house in a few hours three states away??   She didn't tell me what company or who she was except for "Kelsey".  I don't know anybody by that name. She just said I'd get a note of intent -- what does THAT mean?? She's gonna take me out for lunch?  I didn't call back, I have a feeling that if I did, I'd get some illegal guy with an accent from India who would threaten to knee-cap me or something!   As I write this, she's supposed to be here -- fortunately, this large building has great security!  Especially against stupid people!
