Robert calls me several times per day saying they will be at my home to serve me with papers. They refuse to provide their address and they say were suing you unless you pay $900 now with a credit card. We I said I need it in writing as you didn't advise me you are trying to collect a debit they hang up. they call several times a day leaving threats of jail.

These people have been calling me seen December saying that they have come to my home several times to serve me, how funny I work from home and no one has come to my house. I have reported them to the FTC and attorney general as the debt they claim I owe has been paid several years ago.  They had the nerve to call my job three times when I told them the first time that I can't accept personal calls at work, these people are crazy to think I am going to pay a debt twice.  I stopped answering my phone, if I really find out who these people are I will have sue them
