Someone called me at 11:45PM. No answer on the other end.
Doesn't 'DO NOT CALL LIST' work anymore?
This time and anytime is terrible for these kind of calls.
There should be some kind of help we can get to stop this from happening.

Scammers have no regard for the DNC list, time, date, age, or little else is one reason. Help yourself by blocking the number, get a call blocker, or just ignore it all ways possible.

Just received a call from this number on my cell. Fortunately, they left a message. It appears to be the same old scam of
"please call us in reference to lowering your credit card interest rate." Don't people perpetuating these scams ever get convicted?
