I got the same call at 2:05 mst. Same message. I've tried calling AG and FTC.  I got the same message last week and contact them. I did however get a phone recording app and informed them I was recording when I called back. A,A and Associates. Says loan from Cash Advance 2 dating back to march 2008. I don't recognize that name and there is nothing on my credit report. But they had my physical address (not my mailing, my social, an old email, and my bank. Furthermore, I contacted my states AG office and they said SCAM. I tried to find info on Cash Advance 2 but could find nothing. I thought I'd call them to check. So frustrated! Of course I'm concerned  I have little kids and a reputation. I don't need to worry about court or charges....deep down I know it's a scam, but it's still disheartening!

Its a scam. Don't believe it. I have been getting these calls for years and automatically block any unknown numbers now. Some automated message about "calling from the processing department etc etc". If this was a legitimate debt, I would have received written information years ago. ..Instead, all I get is harassing phone calls. Don't give your information to anyone and insist on written information as well as a physical address for these people. If they send this to you, verify that the information is legitimate. More than likely, it is not.

Got a call 2:10pm.  the left a message that started out with a computer generated name.
She leaves a message since i didnt answer the phones that I have forfeited my right. We will contact your HR and serve you on the premises.
And to see me in court.
Well i called back. Her name was like Debra. I ask why wasnt I sent any paperwork for this debt.
She said that either arrangement or courtpapers. So I was when was the debt from. It was from 2007. Its 2014 now.
I told her many time to send me the paper works. She said she will and it will be court papers.
I will be reporting them to the FTC.
