This company "C/F Realty" is a phony real estate company that will post on craigslist for apartments on Washington Avenue in Chelsea, MA; 173A and 175A Washington Avenue. They only want Asian people because they are "Clean". That is after you submit a $35 application fee to them. All they want is your money and they then turn you down.

The people who own this company also run a coffee shop called "The Chelsea City". at 173 Washington Avenue. Gross. No one ever goes in there. Rude, obnoxious, and just plain dirty. Oh and it is owned by Chuck and Josh...................What a couple.
