Caller ID is just the number.  They leave no message.

I call back during the day (using *67 to block my number).  They pick up (I hear them breathing) and they hang up without saying a word.  I try again with the same result.

So they fai to identify themselves on caller ID and won't talk to me.  Smells like a SCAM.
