Did a little research on this name.  Seems like this is a company that provides payphones to PRISONS and JAILS.

BTW, I double checked and it came up as "TCG PAYPHONES M"  (Note the M at the end; that may effect your google results.)

Bottom Line: seems like someone at a prison is trying to scam people from that prison.
