very annoying!

how do I block this caller?  I agree with prior comment - very annoying, no message left on answering machine or when I answer.

Caller ID just shows Massachusetts.  No message left on machine. I've also received similar calls from other "states":

I don't know if they are all related (the same scumbag), but I would sure like to find their actual location.

IT'S SOMEONE CALLING FOR THE REPUBLICAN NATIONAL COMMITEE LOOKING FOR DONATIONS. IF ONE HAS EVER DONATED $$$$ TO THEM, THEY QUICKLY BECOME A PAIN IN THE BUTT WANTING MORE AND MORE.
