Tammie,  no one on this board can help you in stopping calls.  We don't even know who you are.  Perhaps you should get a call blocker for your telephone or contact your local telephone company for help.

They said they were GE security, asked a bunch of questions about our current security that I wouldn't share with a stranger over the phone. Hung up on them.

I received a call from this number, said they were GE and wanted to install a security system in my house.  I asked how they got my cell phone number.  They hung up.  Sort of concerns me since they may have my address.  Did they want to know if I was home??????

They called me today, no message...
