Yes, it is the same for everyone, BUT BE CAREFUL, IT IS a POSSIBLE SCAM TO GET YOU TO USE 1 AND 9 FOR OTHER illegal USES. Possibly to collect more information than you might not want them to have. Or even reroute or intercept your calls or use them to make there own calls and on long distance over to Europe or Africa....!!!!!!

Just got a call from this number. The speaker had very delayed responses. Stated he was from "Mediprotect" and mentioned getting a pendant before I told him I was on the Do Not Call Registry. I asked to be removed from the list.

Claimed to be from G.E. Home security. Live call. Hung up when challed with Do Not Call list.

I received a call from 617-453-0700 at 1 PM on Nov 6th. They left no message on my cell phone. I use NQ Call Blocker. It's a nice little app. It does not ring my phone but directly sends the call to voice mail. This joker did not leave a message. No harm, no foul.
