I have received calls from this number several times a day. The caller ID says "Take Charge", and I haven't any clue as to what company that is. When I answer, either no one responds or immediately hangs up.

Called my cell and no response just kind of breathing noise than I proceeded to inform them it is against the law to solicit on a cell phone and to hang up and try their call again. No response so I hung up.

I didnt recognize the number so didnt answer. I did a search thru truecall.. Comes up as social security.. No message and they wouldn't be calling on a Sunday afternoon.. Definitely spam...

Left a voicemail about Social Security Ticket To Work Program. Said to call 866-701-1700.
