Just called and asked for a name who I've never heard of. Then said they needed to speak to someone in our IT Dept. Caller ID "Boston MA".

Asked for me by name, knew where I worked and my title, wanted me to confirm my email address to send me info. Wouldn't let me off the phone when I tried to decline.
