Caller ID said Zuber Chana. Left no message. Disguised my CID and called the number. Message says the number has been changed, but wait for a special message.  Spammer.

Caller ID read simply "Massachusetts". Clearly someone on the line but wouldn't respond. If poster above is correct and it's from a spoofed Caller ID this would appear to be a new illegal telemarketing or scam operation.
