Received a call from this number. Didn't answer it as it was not a Canadian number. Why would they be calling for a cab in Alberta?

Just got a call from this number, looking for the business owner, couldn't understand his name and I asked him repeatedly where he was calling from and he avoided answering.  Asked for the owner, told him he wasn't in, said he call back ---- call all you want, we won't be picking up your phone call again!
