Received call but left no message.  Who is this and how can I report them?

No one said anything when I said Hello

I answered and it was a recording in Spanish. I hung up. When I called the number back I just got a voicemail box with no name or information regarding the number.

some sort of car insurance scam- offer to give insurance quote and then they e-mail a bunch od insurance providers for quotes on your specific car- not sure what else is affected
