Caller ID says Michigan Call. I answered and gave the caller three strikes "Hello....strike 1.... Hello... strike 2... etc". I hung up after strike 3 with not a peep from the caller.  This is the third call of this sort from this number. It is now blocked. The (616- 676) exchange is from Ada, Mi (suburb of Grand Rapids, MI).
