Caller ID read Sunset Manor, but I know this is a retirement community in Michigan. I did wait on the line for a live voice who said it was Credit Card Services.  When I asked the man, who sounded foreign, if this was Sunset Manor, he hung up. It appears they are using real business names to get through.
