Tried to give me a lower rate on CC. Listed several kinds...then asked which one I wanted to reduce my rate on...said had list. Then asked for last 4 digits of my card...then said hold on...then bogus story that had my card numbers wrong...what is my card number. Was concerned because my last 4 digits of SS were given first...so cancelled my card and got new number issued.
