Called my number. Did not leave message. I called the number back from an 800 line phone and it said "your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please consult your directory and call again or ask your operator for assistance." Then the line goes to beeping fast.

The number is spoofed, a sure sign of a scammer. Block, or at least ignore, the calls.
