This wasn't the first time I got this message and it is one of the more insidious ones. It begins with a delay and then the 'operator' apologizes and giggles saying she was having problems with her headset then shoots straight in to their scam pitch but it is all a pre recorded script. Since she sounds like a real person though it throws you off as she plows through any attempt to interrupt her. Eventually you have to just hang up and block the number till the try again on yet another one
